Purpose:
The purpose of this course is to provide delegates with an appreciation of physical audit techniques they can use to evaluate and improve their distribution operations.

Identify areas for performance improvement
Carry out a quantitative audit of a distribution operation
Use structured checklists supported by experience based tips to target specific areas
