Purpose:      

The purpose of this course is to enable individuals improve their effectiveness in producing written sales proposals.

Objectives:

At the end of the programme delegates will be able to:

Understand the importance and purpose of the proposal
Identify what customers want in proposals
Identify the prospect’s key issues and objectives
Control the sales/buying cycle to obtain the necessary information required to complete a proposal
Develop a consistent and effective proposal structure
Determine the customer’s basis of decision criteria
Adopt a clear and consistent style in preparation and presentation
Improve both the appearance and layouts of their proposals
