Sales Leadership & Team Building

Purpose:      

The purpose of the course is to significantly enhance the Sales Manager’s ability to both develop and lead their respective sales teams in achieving improved sales performance.

Objectives:

Attendance on the course will enable delegates to:

Function as leaders in varying situations and use a range of leadership styles
Motivate their salespeople to achieve as a team and as individuals
Create and maintain a high level of morale
Assess their salespeople and coach them for improved performance
Create and lead sales teams which will be the instruments of sustained and enduring success
Communicate successfully with individuals and sales teams
Control their use of time
Obtain and interpret audience participation
