Our supply chain consultants were asked to support CRF Health, to upsize, re-design and re-engineer processes to achieve a totally new platform for the way they fulfil logistics requirements to their global clients. Project management of the transition to the new operation was undertaken by our supply chain consultants. This included not just the building but implementation of new operational processes.
