Following a successful project in 2012, they once again brought our supply chain consultancy in to help identify efficiency improvements in its distribution network, this time as part of a strategic divisional review.
We demonstrated how optimising the allocation of customers to branches would allow the company to maintain high levels of customer service and stock availability, while maximising infrastructure and resource utilisation.
