Our supply chain consultancy was commissioned to ensure the merged operations were efficient and effective.
The implementation of our recommendations has improved the performance of the warehouse. It now regularly hits 99.5% on time in full and with the formalised review of failures and rectification plans this is expected to continue to increase.
