As a result of increasing sales and product range HellermannTyton had outgrown its current UK National Distribution Centre in Aldridge and to accommodate further expansion decided to relocate to a new warehouse in Cannock.
Following our support, in the design of layout and processes, a Davies & Robson specialist interim manager was engaged to lead and coordinate the multiple work streams required for a smooth transition; physically and culturally from a paper based system to a new site and WMS.
