Our objective in working with clients is to make these activities as painless as possible. We recommend a three phase approach:

  1. Process Analysis and Systems Requirement: Deliverables from this first phase are a development specification or a Request for Quotation document.

  2. System Selection and Procurement: Following on from phase one the conclusion of this is a contract from a supplier for a supply chain system.

  3. System Implementation: The third and most difficult phase, delivering a new, better operating system.
