When Voi Technology needed to relocate its existing Liverpool charging and repair centre in under two months they invited Davies & Robson Consultancy Services to manage the entire property search, acquisition and physical relocation and the results were delivered on time and exceeded their expectations.
We took the time to understand their operational needs; including proximity to transport links, specific storage and loading facilities, power requirements and the flexibility for future growth. After the lease was secured on a facility that ticked every box and in partnership with the Voi's Liverpool team, we coordinated the entire move from equipment dismantling, transport scheduling and installation in the new space
