His background in supply chain leadership roles, manufacturing and purchasing and recent experience in general management positions enables him to give support and bring clarity to clients in the areas of supply chain and distribution strategy, purchasing cost of goods reduction, operational improvements and infrastructure development. Having designed, built and run the largest snack food plant in the World as well as a number of large scale distribution sites and modernised and revitalised a low margin building products distributor, Jed has both the theoretical and practical experience to help clients develop not only great supply chains but great teams.
