As a result of increasing sales and product range HellermannTyton had outgrown its current UK National Distribution Centre in Aldridge and to accommodate further expansion decided to relocate to a new 75,000 sq ft warehouse in Cannock.
Our supply chain consultancy was brought in to help develop plans for a new design and build facility to meet future needs of the business. Having done so, we were asked to review processes in Aldridge and the planned activities in Cannock, to produce a WMS requirements document. We continued to work with HellermannTyton in the implementation of our proposed changes.
