In addition to completing the process review, our consultants undertook an assessment of the optimum organisational structure, including necessary skills and experience required of the management and supervisory team to deliver the required change.
To deliver the programme of improvement, we provided an interim manager to implement the changes detailed in the review and undertook the recruitment of a distribution manager.
