Following the strategic relocation of its seating spare parts warehouse from Cwmbran to a facility close to Heathrow airport, our logistics consultants were appointed to work alongside Zodiac’s senior management team and conduct a supply chain review to explore further opportunities to improve the delivery of aftermarket parts to customers.
After identifying a range of improvement measures we assisted the management team in the implementation of these changes.
A Davies & Robson Manager was also appointed to co-ordinate the strategic and operational purchasing transition project.
